Question 1

How do I register my child for summer camp?

Register on MyClubHub and complete the online registration. If you already have an account, please use that account. If you have forgotten your password, reset it and check your spam/junk folder for the reset
password link.
• If you do not have an account, follow the steps to create one. While
there are many questions, they only need to be completed once and are
stored in the system.

Once registered in the system:
Go to the PROGRAM tab at the top of the screen.
Select SUMMER. and then SUMMER CAMP
Choose the Club location.
Select the week(s) you want to enroll your child and choose the child you are enrolling. Each week must be selected separately, but they will all go into your cart, and you can pay for them together.

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Spots are limited each week. Once the Club reaches capacity you can add your child to the waiting list at no cost and we will call you if a spot becomes available.

Does my child need a summer membership if they are already enrolled in sports?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Youth with a Sports Membership must still enroll for each week of summer camp they plan to attend. Each week is $100 (full-time) or $75 (part-time) (with a $25 o] per week early bird discount before May 1st).

Question 9

What are the drop-off times?

Full-time members: 7:30 AM
Part-time members: 12:00 PM
• If your child is dropped off before their designated time, parents/guardians will be called and asked to retrieve their child. If the child is not picked up within 15-minutes our late fee policy will apply:
$1 per minute, in 5-minute increments (up to 60 minutes).
After 60 minutes, Club staff will contact authorities.
Any unpaid late fees must be cleared before your child returns to camp.

What time does the camp end, and what if I’m late for pickup? Are there after-care options?

Camp ends at 6:00 PM.
Late pickup fees: $1 per minute, in 5-minute increments (up to 60 minutes).

• Youth must arrive during the designated mealtimes to receive service. These times vary slightly by location so please check the meal schedule at your designated Club.

Can my child bring or order outside food?

Yes, outside food is allowed, but we cannot provide refrigeration or microwaves.

Food delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) are not allowed due to safety concerns.

How do you handle behavioral issues?

All youth must follow our Member Code of Conduct (outlined in the Parent Handbook).
We work with youth and families to correct behavior issues.
Behavioral health sta[ are available to teach social emotional skills and intervene when necessary.

Question 14

What if my child needs accommodations for behavioral support?

Accepted Answer

BGCSM will make reasonable accommodations to meet the needs of youth with special needs. However, staff are not equipped to provide individualized support. If we are unable to accommodate your child, we will work to provide referrals to other services.
During parent orientation, schedule a meeting with the Club Executive Director and behavioral health staff to discuss accommodations.
Mental health services are provided at the discretion of our Behavioral Health team. Some conditions may require higher levels of care beyond BGCSM services. If needed, we will provide referrals to external providers.

What is the summer camp attendance policy?

If a youth misses 2 weeks of summer camp, their remaining registered weeks will be forfeited to open a spot for a youth on the waiting list.
Please only enroll your child if they plan to attend the Club that week.

Are there makeup days if my child misses a program?

No, there are no makeup days for missed programs.

Can I switch my child to a different week if I can’t bring them?

No, but you can register for additional weeks through your parent portal if spots are available.
