Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan (BGCSM) is proud to announce our multi-year effort to reimagine our Clubs as world-class spaces, offering experiences to empower youth to become change agents for their life, Club, and communities. With over 125,000 sq. ft. of programming space on 12 acres of land and 250,000 youth living within a 5-mile radius of our Clubs, BGCSM is positioned to drive both youth and community development in neighborhoods across Southeastern Michigan.

Over time, businesses must evolve to meet the changing needs of their customers. Since 1926, BGCSM has been the premier youth service provider in Southeastern Michigan. In order to thrive for the next 93 years, we must reimagine our model to meet the needs of today's youth and their surrounding communities.
Gather community voice, benchmark best-in-class, design master plan, implement vision, measure impact, and sustain model.
We are piloting this plan at our Dick & Sandy Dauch Campus. The pilot costs are estimated to be around $750k to reimagine the Club. We have raised over $500k to date from social entrepreneurs Big Sean and Phil Cooley, The Skillman Foundation, and United Way for Southeastern Michigan.
