Over time, businesses must evolve to meet the changing needs of their customers. Since 1926, BGCSM has been the premier youth service provider in Southeastern Michigan. In order to thrive for the next 93 years, we must reimagine our model to meet the needs of today's youth and their surrounding communities.

What are strategic outcomes?

  • Double number of youth served
  • Improve neighborhood economic mobility
  • Build a sustainable organization

What is the reimagining process?

Gather community voice, benchmark best-in-class, design master plan, implement vision, measure impact, and sustain model.

What is the timeline?

We began the reimagining process in 2019 and plan to complete the reimagination of all 8 of our Clubs by the end of 2021.

What is the campaign goal?

$15 million over three years.

How do you plan to use the $15 million?

The funds raised in the campaign will be used to provide youth with a world-class Club experience including updated facilities, innovative programs for 21st century learning, and career exploration opportunities.
