- 90% of Boys & Girls Club members graduate from high school as compared to 58% in Detroit.
- Most children have their first drug, alcohol or sexual experience between the
hours of 3 and 8 pm. The doors to Boys & Girls Clubs are open during these
times, on Saturdays and during school breaks—when kids need us most.
- A year-round membership is $50 per kid, which is 10% of the actual costs for us
to provide programs and services to that same child.
